Many thanks to Janine one of the founders of Breast Friends who kindly delivered further care packages to us at St Andrew’s Centre at Broomfield Hospital. Each package will be handed to women facing breast cancer related breast surgery and contains lots of useful items needed for a hospital stay.
BRA is held under the auspices of Mid and South Essex Hospitals Charity, the charity oversee the administration of all charitable monies donated to our hospitals at Broomfield, Basildon and Southend.
Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Meetings give women, newly diagnosed with breast cancer, the chance to meet and get support, information, insights and resources, from women who have been through the same experience.
